Remedies for Insomnia


What works, and what doesn’t?


What we do during the day affects how we sleep. Seems simple. You may think that the amount of exercise that we undertake has the largest affect on how well we sleep. This is true, however there are larger factors that affect the way we sleep, as well as our change in sleeping patterns. 

The tension, stress and anxiety that comes with everyones day to day routine can keep you awake at night. Worrying about work or relationships unsettles the mind, making us think about the next day and the consequences of our actions. 

Insomnia is a big problem, affecting mood, decision making and how we behave from day to day.

Having witnessed my housemate suffer from a lack of sleep, keeping him up to until early hours I have decided to help more of you out there with a few sites.
